Bloggin in Elementary School – YES!!!

Blogs are extremely benficial for elementary students!  Students can post their writing and reflections on their learning for a broad audience over the internet.  This gives students an immediate, nonschool audience that engages students to realize that what they have to say is interesting and important to others.  Therefore they take pride and care in their writing and internalize their learning.

Check out some ways that elementary teachers and classes are using Blogs (Web Logs) for learning!

“Mighty Writers!”    “Blogical Minds”
